1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the website EFS.lk or engaging Elite Facilities Solutions (Pvt) Ltd for services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
2. Service Quotations & Contracts
All online estimates and quotations provided through the website are subject to a formal physical site audit and signing of a binding Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, text copy, before/after photography, software code, and marketing assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Elite Facilities Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and the commercial courts of Colombo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
