Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Engagement & Retainers

For long-term integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts, mobilization costs and monthly retainers are governed specifically by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. One-Off Engineering & Fit-Out Projects

Cancellations requested prior to site mobilization and material procurement may be eligible for a refund minus administrative assessment costs. Once specialized HVAC equipment or civil materials have been procured, material costs are non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution & Service Credits

If any service milestone fails to satisfy agreed SLA parameters, EFS provides dedicated corrective rectification and applicable service credits in accordance with our quality charter.
